Post-Journey Embodiment

After the journey, it is important to engage in exercise / physical movement. All of these practices are intended to help you move your life force / qi energy and get out of your mind and into your body.

Dance

A ~1.5-hour 5 Rhythms or Ecstatic Dance where we'll move our bodies to the music in whatever way feels good. There is no talking and little guidance during this experience. For a more guided experience from a very experienced dance healer, please see 3rd-party add-ons below. By donation.

Yoga

We'll follow guided instructions on screen, customizable by length and type of movement for a series that is just right for our desires and ability level.

Breathwork

I will teach you how to practice the 9-breath method, a deep breathing technique that often yields a DMT-like 60-second experience.

Qi Gong

We'll follow a guided video together.

Jogging & Walking

If you just want to get outside, I can help you have a great walking or jogging experience in the neighborhood.

Swimming

In the summer months, there may be the opportunity to get out in the sun and the water. 

Racquetball

This easy-to-learn sport teaches improvement of reflexes, better coordination and more accurate spatial awareness, and is an excellent cardiovascular workout. I'll drive us to a court.
